Paula Martinelli is a long-time resident of the Mountain State whose career has spanned the non-profit and corporate worlds as a consultant, operations coordinator and director. Her expertise is in major gift solicitation, donor stewardship, board, volunteer and staff management, special events and grant writing. Paula works with WVU alumni and library donors to provide on-going support to our multi-campus library system and 28,000+ students and faculty. This work includes preserving our history through the WV & Regional History Center and the University Archives, enhancing University-wide research through our collections, the research repository and the graduate research commons and advancing humanities learning through our Arts in the Libraries initiatives and collaboration with the WVU Humanities Center. Paula has an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Information Systems / Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
