A graduate of Frostburg State University (B.S. Biology) and University of Maryland (Master of Library and Information Science), Emily comes to Potomac State College with over 10 years of experience working in libraries, both public and academic. As the Instruction and Outreach Librarian, Emily is excited to connect with the students of Potomac State and help them make the most of their time here by engaging with the library and using its resources. Originally from Bridgeport, WV, Emily currently lives in Cumberland, MD with her husband, daughter, and Beagle. In her free time, Emily enjoys scrapbooking, cooking and baking, and traveling with family.
